Informationen zu den Gremienwahlen auf der Gesamtelternvertretung (GEV)
Bei unserer kommenden GEV werden verschiedene Ämter und Gremien besetzt. Damit Sie sich schon vorab informieren können, haben wir die wichtigsten Informationen hier zusammengestellt.
1️⃣ Elternsprecher:in der Schule
lädt die GEV ein und leitet die Versammlung
vertritt die Interessen der Elternschaft gegenüber Schulleitung und Schulkonferenz
kann gemeinsam mit mindestens einem Fünftel der stimmberechtigten Mitglieder oder mit der Schulleitung eine GEV einberufen
👉 zusätzlich bis zu 3 stellvertretende Elternsprecher:innen
2️⃣ Schulkonferenz
oberstes Beratungs- und Beschlussgremium schulischer Selbstgestaltung (§ 75 SchulG)
Zusammensetzung: Vertreter:innen aus Elternschaft, Schülerschaft und Kollegium
Themen: Grundsätze der pädagogischen Arbeit, Schulprogramm, Schulordnung, größere Veranstaltungen, Haushaltsfragen u. v. m.
Wahlperiode: 2 Jahre
👉 4 Mitglieder + bis zu 8 stellvertretende Mitglieder
3️⃣ Bezirkselternausschuss (BEA)
vertritt die Eltern aller Schulen im Bezirk
Themen: übergeordnete Fragen wie Bau- und Sanierungsmaßnahmen, Verordnungen, Abstimmung mit dem Bezirksschulbeirat (BSB)
Zusammensetzung: je 2 Delegierte pro Schule
👉 2 Mitglieder + bis zu 4 stellvertretende Mitglieder
Elternvertretung: beratende Stimme, aber Rede- und Antragsrecht (§ 116 Abs. 2 SchulG)
👉 2 beratende Mitglieder + bis zu 4 stellvertretende Mitglieder
5️⃣ Fachkonferenzen
befassen sich mit Unterrichts- und Erziehungsarbeit in einzelnen Fächern (§ 80 SchulG)
Elternvertretung: beratende Stimme, Rede- und Antragsrecht
Teilnahme nach Einladung durch die Fachverantwortlichen
👉 2 beratende Mitglieder + bis zu 4 stellvertretende Mitglieder
